Welcome to the VMCC's Bedfordshire Section website.The section meets at the Memorial Hall, Shefford on the second Thursday in the month from 8pm on. The premier event for the section is the Albert Brown run. This year's event is being held on Sunday 6th July. See the Albert Brown run page for more details, the regulations and entry forms. The Chiltern section have invited this section to enter a team (or more) for their quiz night on Wednesday December 3rd at 8pm at the Whitehill Centre, Chesham, Bucks. If you are interested, contact Ivor so we can let the Chiltern section know how many are likely to attend (teams and supporters) so they can arrange the hospitality. This invitation has also been extended to the East Herts, Berkshire and Oxford sections. The Events page now has a link to a printable (PDF) copy of the events list. Two more images from Colin Groom. The little Royal Enfield looks pleasantly "used" and quite unmolested by the glitter-fiend. It's moved a bit, HFO being a Gloucester registration. The Ariel represents that photographic rarity, a 'bike in motion although in this case quite slowly. The rider is looking where he is going, both feet on the footrests and the right foot clear of the back brake. The left hand seems to be finishing with the clutch and, hopefully, about to take a proper grip on the 'bar. How do you move off?
